WHERE IS MY ORDER?

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 1-3 business days. 

Please note that in many cases it may take up to a 48 hours for a tracking number to be active. This is normal and it's not a reason to worry. 

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Over 95% of orders get delivered within 5 business days. However some orders (less than 5%) may take up to 30 business days due to high demand, shipping delays, severe weather conditions or national holidays.

We know it takes some patience, but it is worth it (orders outside the US may take up to 42 days). We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide, this is the reason for sometimes long shipments.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days U.S. orders or 45 days for International orders of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

WHY I RECEIVED ONLY SOME OF THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER AND NOT ALL OF THEM?

Our items may be shipped from various fulfillment facilities in the United States.

For this reason, sometimes the products in your order are being shipped separately from different locations.

Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

DO YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

Nutrissa successfully ships many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the globe! Please note, that we are not responsible is your order gets delayed or confiscated by customs office in your country. 

I'VE PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PICKET A WRONG PRODUCT! CAN I CHANGE IT?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

Your credit card information is used automatically to complete the requested transaction and is not stored or viewed in any other way.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

In order to maintain the highest security standards we do not take orders over the phone. Internet orders are much more secure than giving your full credit card information using the unencrypted phone line. 

PRODUCT I BOUGHT DOESN'T WORK FOR ME! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Every item you buy from us is covered by our Lifetime Day Money Back Guarantee. If you gave it a fair try ( it usually takes a couple of months for supplements to start working) and you are still not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to receive a full refund.
